I'm choosing to pay $500 for my CSA share
up front

I'm choosing to pay half down now and understand the
balance will be billed in 3 months. (2 payments of
$250 each)

CSA Shareholder Agreement:
I understand that payment for a share of Shelton Family
Farm CSA entitles me to a weekly box of vegetables and/or
fruits grown and harvested at Shelton Family Farm. I understand
that my payment is nonrefundable and that I will share
in the risks of the growing season with the farmers. It
is my responsibility to pick up my share at the designated
time or to contact Shelton Family Farm to make other arrangements.
If I, or a designated person, cannot pick up my share,
I understand that my share will be donated to a local
food pantry. |
